About the SlideAway
SlideAway is a play mat and a toy basket in one piece. Open, the mat is 52 inches across with a raised edge. Closed, it is a canvas basket 15 inches wide and 12 inches tall, with a fabric lid on top.
Pour the bricks onto the mat and play. When it is time to stop, lift the two handles: the pieces slide to the middle and drop back into the basket. The mat itself is rip-stop nylon.
What it does not do
- The basket is soft sided. Full, it stands straight. Half empty, it slumps, and one owner calls it frumpy.
- The fabric lid does not zip all the way on, one owner notes, so a basket tipped on its side can spill.
- It is one size. The color names differ, and the mat and basket are the same in each.
How it works at home
It holds up to 9 pounds of toys. That is a large brick collection, a set of wooden blocks, or a tub of small figures. One grandparent bought one for each grandchild as a Christmas present.

Frumpy but great Lego storage!
Great for general Lego storage but I do wish the "lid" fully zipped on or that the bin was more rigid. Since the bin is totally fabric and has no ribs/structure, it kind of sits sagged down and the "lid" just slides down so it always looks kind of frumpy. Otherwise it is great to be able to spread legos out and quickly clean them up afterward!

Fits all of my kids' legos!!!!!
I am in love with this product. I initially bought this product for my classroom after hearing great things about how easy it is for cleaning up toys. I am a preschool teacher returning to school in just a few weeks. My school is going to try to have classes spend a lot of time outdoors on our campus due to the current pandemic.

AWESOME!!!! Highly recomend!!
We always had a hard time keeping the playroom clean and cleaning up my daughter's legos, especially the tiny pieces. It really helps make cleaning up easier! You just pull the handles and it just slides into the basket. However, unless you fill it up to the top it does smush down a bit.
